Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines how refunds, disputes, and cancellations are handled for all Agentic Labs LLC ("Agentic Labs") products and services.

1. Platform Credits

Refund Window

Unused platform credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, credit purchases are non-refundable. Partially used credit packs are refundable for the unused portion within the 14-day window.

2. Subscription Plans

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the period ends. No partial refunds are issued for the current billing period.

3. Service Bookings

Bookings connect you with independent service providers. Refund policies for individual services are determined by the service provider, subject to the following platform minimums:

Cancellation by Customer

More than 24 hours before scheduled start: Full refund.
Less than 24 hours before scheduled start: Up to 50% cancellation fee may apply, as set by the provider.
No-show: No refund unless the provider agrees otherwise.

Cancellation by Provider

If a service provider cancels a booking, the customer receives a full refund. Repeated provider cancellations may result in account review or suspension.

4. Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with a service or believe a charge is incorrect:

  1. Contact the service provider first to attempt resolution directly.
  2. If unresolved, file a dispute through the app within 14 days of the transaction.
  3. Agentic Labs will review the dispute and may request documentation from both parties.
  4. We will issue a determination within 10 business days.
  5. If the dispute is found in the customer's favor, a full or partial refund will be issued.

For payment-related disputes, you may also contact Stripe directly or your card issuer. Note that chargebacks initiated through your bank may result in account suspension pending review.
