Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of Agentic Labs LLC products and services. It supplements our Terms of Service and is designed to protect the integrity of our platform and the safety of all users.

1. General Conduct

You agree to use the Service in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with its intended purpose. You must not:

• Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Engage in harassment, threats, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior

2. Platform Integrity

To maintain the quality and reliability of the Service, you must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or connected systems
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract data from the Service without express permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure, servers, or networks
• Upload malware, viruses, or any code designed to harm the Service or its users
• Circumvent or manipulate platform fees, payment systems, or credit mechanisms
• Create fake accounts, fake reviews, or artificially inflate metrics

3. Content Standards

Content you post, upload, or share through the Service must not:

• Be false, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent
• Contain personal information of others without their consent
• Include offensive, obscene, or sexually explicit material
• Promote violence, self-harm, or illegal activities
• Constitute spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional material
• Violate any third party's privacy, publicity, or other personal rights

4. Canvassing and Field Operations

Users engaged in canvassing or field operations must:

• Comply with all local and state solicitation laws, including permit requirements
• Respect "No Solicitation" and "Do Not Knock" signs and registries
• Leave private property immediately when asked to do so
• Identify themselves honestly and accurately when interacting with residents
• Not engage in aggressive, threatening, or deceptive sales practices
• Not operate during prohibited hours as defined by local ordinances
• Maintain professional conduct at all times while representing a business on the platform

5. Data and Privacy

• You must not collect, store, or use personal data obtained through the Service in violation of applicable privacy laws
• Customer information obtained through bookings or interactions may only be used for the purpose of fulfilling the requested service
• You must not sell, share, or distribute user data obtained through the platform to third parties
• You must comply with our Privacy Policy

6. Service Provider Obligations

Service providers must:

• Hold all necessary licenses, permits, and insurance for the services they offer
• Accurately represent their qualifications, experience, and availability
• Provide services in a professional, safe, and workmanlike manner
• Honor pricing quoted through the platform
• Not request payments outside the platform to avoid fees

7. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in:

• Warning and request for corrective action
• Temporary suspension of account access
• Permanent account termination
• Forfeiture of earned credits or pending payouts
• Reporting to law enforcement where appropriate

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action at our sole discretion. Enforcement decisions may be appealed by contacting support@agntc.tech.

9. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. The current version will always be available at this URL.
